Egg filling (for 1 chicken or turkey)

3 eggs, salt, pepper, 1/4 onion (mid size), parsley, rapeseed oil, coarse-grained breadcrumbs
At first whisk the 3 eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and grated onion; chop parsley and add it, add rapeseed oil. Now add in steps the coarse-grained breadcrumbs until the mass does not flow und can be formed. Fill it with a spoon into the chicken or turkey.
Speciality of Metzenseifen: Fill it under the skin.
